I had previously used headphones by the same manufacturer, and they worked reliably for two to three years, so I bought another pair. I was surprised by the short lifespan of this model (only 2 months) and disappointed with JBL's overall quality. I gave it an extra star because the audio quality was good enough for me. Benefits that vary: The amount and quality are excellent for the pricing range. Negative aspects: After around two months, one of the ears ceased functioning.
