After much research and searching for the best and most affordable pillows, I bought this for my grandparents as they were complaining of back pain. Grandpa is recovering from a stroke earlier this year, so his main complaint is his legs. A few nights later, he gushed about how well he slept. When he wakes up, he finds it difficult to get out of bed and has a lot of pain (especially in his legs and lower back), but this is no longer the case when he starts using this product and its counterpart (for the back ) has slept. The wedge allows a comfortable position of the legs without straining the back - now there are problems at least in the morning! The height is perfect for her feet. The material was high quality, the foam is excellent and obviously not a cheap material, but the lint sticks to it easily so I'd cover it with a pillowcase. In general I am very happy with the purchase, I think to buy for parents.
