The best part is that they are very responsive to all your queries/requests & it helps you in getting connected with right people at their side always! It's not so easy for them to understand when I'm talking about something related to business or product development from my end as compared to me explaining things over phone call / email etc.
They need more training sessions where we can explain our requirements clearly to help us out easily while using their services!! Their pricing structure needs some improvement too but overall its good experience until now. Product Development Management- Customer support.
