This unit was a real find. It does a good job of cleaning the fan blades but is certainly satisfying and easy to clean once complete. This unit is way better than most of the competition because it fits over the end of the blade and you don't have to worry about holding the fan blade steady like you do with open-sided cleaners. Think about it. Due to the terrible competition, you have to somehow hold the fan blade to get the device overboard. How will you do it when the blade moves. Of course, you can hold the blade with a stick while pushing the vacuum along the edge, but that takes coordination. This device avoids this problem and I recommend it.
