Review on 🔥 NeoTech Care Lumbar Support Belt - Adjustable Compression Back Brace, Size L, Black by Paul Barnes

It didn't help much in the early stages of my back injury when the pain was very bad. It just didn't give me that much support. Back then I had to use a leather weight lifting belt. But after the first four days I was able to switch to this orthosis. At this point I found it very helpful in terms of comfort support and pain relief. I had to wear a cotton shirt underneath but overall it did what I needed. 4 stars instead of 5 because it didn't help me with my bad back injury
