I worked at Addison last summer as an intern, and it was one of my favorite places to work! They were very friendly and helpful people who made me feel welcome from day 1. The office culture was great - everyone seemed happy all the time. It's nice that you can have your own space in the office during the week and not be so busy that you don't get any personal time. There are many different projects going on throughout the year which makes it difficult to really focus on only one thing. Also, there aren't many days off since we're working 10-12 hours per day every single day of the week. If you're looking for a place where you'll never run out of things to do or opportunities to learn more about what they do, this is definitely the right fit for you.
