Review on Amajiji by Sam Kriegshauser

I recently tried some products from Amajiji, and I have to admit that shopping there was a huge letdown. In spite of all the praise they've gotten, my experience with their products and customer support has been less than satisfactory. The goods I ordered were of low quality and not at all what was advertised on their website. Accessories for the home appeared cheap and tacky, and the one-of-a-kind kitchen tools quickly broke down after a few uses. To make things worse, I never heard back from Amajiji's support staff after I voiced my complaints. I made several phone calls and emails but received no response or justification for the subpar quality of the items I purchased. Therefore, I will not be recommending Amajiji to anyone after my terrible encounter with them. Customers would be better off spending their money elsewhere due to the low quality of the goods and the unresponsive customer service.
