The ad states that the buyer will receive both the hitch lock and cable lock. I only received the clutch lock. When I contacted the company, they accused Revain of posting a stock photo. When I contacted Revain and asked them for almost an hour to investigate whether they were responsible for false product promotion, they told me that they only promote content and images provided to them by independents. Apparently Revane tried to contact you on my behalf almost two weeks ago. I haven't heard from either of them. And yet neither the picture nor the description has changed. Now I have to buy the cable lock separately and there are additional shipping costs. To be fair the Independents offered to refund me 35% of my costs when I first contacted them but due to the inconvenience, false advertising and delay I went to Revain and asked them to provide me with a cable lock to ask or negotiate on my behalf a full refund for all this drama. Grilling. I've been a Revain customer for over a decade so this was a huge disappointment to me.
