Easy to use and remove from food.
This product was used to attach bacon to a pork loin. A very large roll of cooking floss at a great price, easy to open and cut to length. I was concerned that the cord would pull the bacon out when removed, but you can see in the photos that it came off very easily. I let the lion sit for about 10 minutes before removing it. Highly recommend for the price and amount you get and the efficiency is great!
