Description is misleading. The power adapter looks identical to the Dell adapter but is not compatible with it if you want the battery to stay charged. I almost replaced the battery thinking it was bad. After $75 in PC diagnostics, overheating, "bad battery" or rainbow screen and beep was caused by THIS adapter. DELL has a special limiter sensor on all computers that only accepts special DELL adapters. Please don't mislead people. THIS IS NOT A DELL charger, it is fake, it does not charge, it only charges and causes other problems.
