Bought to replace the Starlite Galaxy toilet in a 1987 Avion. The old Galaxy had two levers, one for filling the bowl with water and the other for dispensing water and flushing. The Tis Bravura uses a two-stage pedal. Squeeze halfway and you'll fill the bowl. Press all the way down and you get a loud, pulsing flush. It consumes much more water than the galaxy. With this toilet, the black water tank fills up much faster. Saving water We dry the camp a lot and that will definitely be a problem. We need to bring a potty for that. Usually when you flush, your foot slips and the valve slams shut. Need a non-slip surface on the pedals. . The hose attachment only works when the pedal is pressed and flushes. On the plus side, odors from the tank are included and dogs love barking at the sound when you flush it out.
