Review on Blue Silver Balloons Garland Kit by Kim Savage

The best thing is the price. Otherwise the balloons were not what I expected given the seller's description. The latex material is not as good as described. Some of them had holes so they couldn't be used. Some burst when I pumped them up. A few others just popped up spontaneously and nobody touched them. No instructions on how to make a garland, no instructions on how to proceed. Balloons aren't even grouped by size - I had to sort them myself. I am very disappointed in the overall quality of the product. Again, I think you get this at a lower price than most - poor quality.
