Defective product best in my rating

I bought this monitor in January 2022. At first I was satisfied with the picture quality until after only four months the device started to switch off. In April 2022, after only 4 months, it started to fail. The screen turns off randomly. It works randomly. I emailed Dell 1.5 weeks ago to request a warranty replacement and I have not received a reply. Very disappointed with this product and the lack of customer service from Dell.
