So the fan is compatible with the GS65 8RF 2018 that I have and that's why you get more than 1 star. This can save you from a non-working computer. In fact, I also bought a dual GPU fan, which in my case made an awful noise. However, the blades of this part are thicker and the diameter is smaller. In cooler boost mode, the fan speed drops from 6,500 rpm to 4,500 rpm, the airflow is significantly lower. I tested this with both old and new CPU fans and the temperature difference was 10C under heavy load, which is unacceptable to me. I wouldn't mind if the store sent me the fan blades from their photo. :/ The GPU fans do their job, although the speed fans are smaller compared to the original, the temperatures are okay as the GPU doesn't get as hot. The problem occurs when the processor is heavily loaded. 1 point for significantly quieter than the original.
