Bought in July 2018 as a birthday present for my nephew. SD card and battery - that didn't exist in the same price range. The main functions are easy to learn and pictures and HD videos look very clear on our PC's flat screen. We had occasional beeps when playing videos and their support team was quick to respond and resolved the issue beyond our expectations. We are always amazed at the quality and performance of such a compact device. It also has a dedicated underwater photo/video pouch and mounts for attaching the camera to a tripod, helmet or handlebars. The only suggestions I would suggest include a spare battery, a larger instruction manual which is clearer especially regarding the camera settings which are not in the manual so it took me some time to figure out a few operations. Always responded very quickly to my email questions. Good product. Excellent price. Good service. Highly recommended. --mj
