The diamond saw blade (7/8" standard) fit perfectly onto my Makita right-angle grinder. It comes with an adapter bushing so it will also fit any grinder with a 5/8" shaft. The blade has carbide around the perimeter and also around the expansion slots which prevents the blade from being pinched while making deep cuts. There was no binding or pinching while cutting through the 1 1/2" stone in the picture and the blade cut through with no difficulty. Excellent blade for cutting concrete composition materials such as Durock or Hardy Plank siding.
