Not perfect but works for the price

Works but fixing something and mirror seat not 100 percent correct. But it works. Rubber seal included. Mounting hole, otherwise it will NOT work. but a little mod and voila. It's there, but the latch isn't where it should be to tilt the mirror to the point where you CANNOT tilt the mirror more if you want to. again. it still works, but not perfectly. by price. I am fine.
