I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at first but after receiving and using this product I was amazed at how much it helped with sciatica and upper back/shoulder pain relief . My husband even likes this post and he doesn't have the same diseases as me lol. The suction power can only be adjusted by the amount of "squish" you make when applying. I use a small one on my face and it's perfect. I have mini microderm and after using it my face gets red and hot; After that I apply facial oil to my face and use a small cup and it's so nice and takes away the feeling of redness! I'm so glad I have her. I never thought about cupping until I saw them on a list somewhere on the internet that said "15 Things in Revain You Never Knew You Needed". Then I did a little research and made a decision. I'm glad I did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone involved in the cupping industry. Thumbs up!
