I like how easy it was to get up and running, their support team are great at getting things setup quickly (and then tweaking them as needed). Their UI/UX could be improved in some areas but this isn't really an issue since they have tons of options available from different providers that you can use to add more functionality later down the line if needed. We've been able to easily integrate our Salesforce Data with our CRM system which has helped us keep records straight across multiple systems and make better decisions when doing prospecting activities. The ability to have all your accounts in one place, as well as being able to link them together so you can see everything at once! It's not perfect yet (some features are lacking), but it does give me a lot more control over my information than I had before. This has helped with our marketing efforts immensely - we're now keeping up better with what people care about by seeing their content across channels/platforms.
