The garland is NOT complete at all...disappointed and definitely NOT 9 feet long. I bought 3 to complete my garland above my kitchen cabinets. Very disappointed.
- ATTENTION: The Christmas garland can flatten during transport. Once out of the box, all you have to do is shape it and fluff up the pins to give it the width and look you want.
