The best feature is being able to schedule pick ups without having staff at my office, you can also use your smartphone! It's not easy for me as an international customer with different time zones than they do sometimes it takes longer then expected because of their slow response time. I like how we are saving money by doing pickups outside our normal hours so there isn't much wasted gas or manpower cost from employees who normally would be delivering packages in person. This service allows us to save both labor costs and fuel expenses while increasing efficiency through remote pickup services. We have been very pleased with all aspects of this program thus far. Our customers find themself more satisfied when receiving items via delivery instead of waiting around during business hours only to run outta time before picking up their package if scheduled earlier. Customers enjoy being able to get things done easier since no one has to wait for someone.
