Stop promotional items being served by the sending company. Twice I have received a computer that has been upgraded to 4GB/64 from an original purchase of 8GB/128. 4GB/64GB are sealed with stickers. The box was opened and resealed. Twice. I can sue for fraud. I have made copies of the actual computer statistics.
