cheaper vendors like most. charges via usb cable but no plug for it (who has a usb plug in the bathroom)! doesn't clean teeth very well unless you move it like they say or physically move it back and forth with it. says it works with regular toothpaste, not just foam, which you can buy separately, maybe it does, but you spend 20 minutes trying to get the rest of the toothpaste out. If you do this, just use the foam. Would have given 2 stars instead of 1 if they weren't cheap and probably paid less than $1 and added a charger instead of a cable that nothing could be plugged into
