Followed instructions and loved our hardwood surfaces. One of the most important points is NOT to shake the bottle vigorously before use as this will stir up the refresher and form small bubbles in the finish. Just wave the bottle back and forth a few times before pouring onto the bottom to apply to the microfiber cap. Our floors are over 25 years old and apart from a few small chips the floor looks freshly laid. I applied 2 coats and now it really shines!
