flat hair. I spray onto my hair after washing or getting wet while hair is damp then style as usual and as needed throughout the day or even later in the day to tame unruly areas or unruly areas. I've had no issues with my hair feeling sticky after the product dries, my hair doesn't feel crunchy (even if I don't overdo the product, this can easily be remedied by squeezing the area a little).
