If I could give this -10 stars I would. I thought it would be ok in my community tank. My beta has tetras and 2 cory cats in his 15 gallon tank. I put this in for a few days after soaking to make sure nothing came loose. I fed my rooster in the morning, after a few hours I went to say hello and his head was stuck in the chimney. I frantically grabbed the house and pushed it back where it came from. He swam out and now the poor guy's got a cut on his back. He's still actively eating and acting normally, but what would happen if I wasn't home? Don't buy this unless you plan on plugging the chimney with a rock or something else that will prevent the fish from swimming down the chimney. My poor Elliot shouldn't have survived, but he did. It's been 2 days and luckily I had medication in case stress came up or one of my fish got sick. Please cap the chimney when you buy this, otherwise you will deal with dead fish. I hope my child survives. He's tough, but god, the whole front of his body was swollen the first day. I add aquarium salt to his tank, add extra almond flakes, and add some Herbena and Atriumis to his tank. Fingers crossed he recovers and doesn't die. He's active, but he has a wound on his back. i feel terrible I know about the small holes but thought the hole was too small for a fish his size to swim through but he did. He is very curious about everything new and I wish I had closed the hole. I don't put that back in his tank no matter how clogged it is.
