Review on πŸ”Š GearIT 10 AWG Speaker Wire with Banana Plugs (1 Pack, 35 Feet) - Bi-Wire Bi-Amp HiFi Surround Sound, OFC, CL2 Rated - Black, 35 Ft by Omar Card

Doesn't work for single install on 35 footers. This wire is flat and permanently twisted.

This listing does not indicate that these cables are flat. Pretty messed up, I ordered them. Also, I just got them today and they're now $20 off. I also ordered a center channel cable, but that's not as critical to the installation. I'm glad I didn't order the cables for the front as planned. Something said to wait for this. In no case do I want to look at them, as with facades. I also planned to order an AC power cord with a matching braid. I will remove them from my backup list for future reference. There's no point in optically matching a cable that I wouldn't use for free. Make no mistake, they were photographed from a flattering perspective and you won't enjoy seeing them sneaking up on you from the front, all twisted and unnatural looking. They should have been in the wall leading to the extreme left and right speakers, but the last foot or so would have been visible. Now I see that they will not lie in a way that looks pleasing to the eye. Just trying to line them up to fish them all over the wall and ceiling was a major hassle. After two attempts I stopped writing this review. I'm not sure what else Revain has to offer as results with that length and other parameters don't show up in the search. It's now 11:25pm and I've put two red bulls on the ice for an upcoming fishing trip. I have professional gear for this, including 16ft bars bolted together, so I should be ready for this part, but I need someone to keep this junk from twisting while being pulled. If they were round, it wouldn't even occur to me. *Update* Installed - definitely needed the help I got. The flat nature of these cables is really an obstacle when pulled through the structure. Among other things, it was found during further inspection that a screw cap on the banana plug was missing. This caused me to notice how crudely these cables were assembled. Oblique cuts on rubber bushings, wires not straight and not fully inserted into the connector. Also, no hot knife was used on the outer sleep. Very, very bad design. I took photos. Would have.
