Review on Banjo Brothers Market Pannier: Your Perfect Solution for Convenient Shopping and Commuting by Aaron Webb

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A practical option but connection can be difficult

Pros: Good capacity but not bulky. Nice handles and shoulder straps. Easy to open and close with handy little inside and outside pockets. And the price is right. Less good: 1. It connects to your pole with an anchor hook at the bottom and two pole hooks at the top. Simple and fast, however. I've used it for commuting 4 times and twice it fell on my bike. At first the bungee seems too loose. There is a knot in the bungee that you can untie and retie, which is fine except the bungee's material is slippery and doesn't hold the knot well - or at least not the knots I tied. So on the next trip it tore again because the knot slipped off. So now I'm researching knots on YouTube. I think I can, but I'm very glad I didn't have anything weak during my learning how to just make it stay on my bike. Light and fast turned into anger, swearing, and deciding whether to keep it. 2. A slight improvement in the design - especially the vents - would greatly improve the watertightness as it is very difficult to avoid gaps on the sides of the top valve. Build quality seems acceptable for the price.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Easily torn
