Extremely volatile! The idea about them is much better than the product. Every time I try them again I just get an intermittently miserable experience that drives me nuts. Chop pp music is all that comes through these things unless I'm sitting still in one place and keeping my head a foot from the phone. I wanted them to work so badly and that's the only reason I still haven't given 1 star. I try them every few days and hope for a different result. I have a new Samsung with updated Android OS so I'm not sure why they are so bad. I have 4 connected UE Boom 2s on my phone and they work great at 100+ feet away. I clear the cache, close all other apps and it's still just intermittent tinny noises. I honestly think they even sent me a refurbished one because the box wasn't sealed. I think I'll have to take this as a test and try another brand. Oh, and Xfryo - why do you need a Facebook account to get support?
