Review on Enhance Safety with Uninex Outlet Grounded Locking Rotating: Optimize Power Protection and Convenience by Andrew Jenkins

The product has a clean and compact look and the wire used feels durable. The product stopped working after a very short time, but after the allotted return time. When I opened the case I found that one of the three wires was unsoldered. I'm not an electrician and the product listing says they are UL listed, but the exposed positive and negative wires are very close together. If another is not soldered, will it cause a fire? I prefer a device that has bare wires securely connected to screw terminals. So I won't fix this one, but will look for a more reliable replacement.
