Review on ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Dell 34" Curved Monitor with 3440X1440 Resolution, Anti-Glare Screen, Tilt Adjustment, and Flicker-Free Technology by Andrew Damain

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A device with a thin VA and USB panel is a great entry-level panel for gamers. Although not certified, it can run GSync.

I initially had some issues with the quality of my device but Dell did a great job on me and supported me more than any other brand I thought I could. Those looking for G-Sync can enable it in the Nvidia Control Panel, but be aware that you may experience flickering in games with this panel (especially Apex Legends). I'm used to it, but the device isn't certified to work with G-Sync, but it's fine for most games. a great introduction to the ultra wide landscape. I hooked it up to my 3080 and am glad I play most games at 144Hz at that resolution; Halo Infinite has been all the hype lately, and games like Microsoft Flight Simulator are wonderful experiences second only to VR. Viewing angles compared to most TNs on the market. The monitor is relatively light for a 34 inch ultra wide monitor with such features that I can use a VESA monitor stand at the end of my desktop. The included stand is nice because it can be adjusted for height and angle, but a monitor stand with VESA should be the way to go.

Pros
  • Bent
Cons
  • Non-intuitive menus and settings.
