I like how simple it is to use. The platform has a very intuitive interface. It's easy to learn and navigate. I dislike that there are no mobile apps available for this software. You need to be online or at your computer to access the system. This makes it difficult to use when you're away from home. I would recommend using this if you want to have a customizable database and easily track orders. I'm solving problems of tracking inventory, ensuring that my staff has enough stock, and maintaining good customer service.
