I have an iPhone 11 Pro and bought this phone holder for my BMW X1. I love the look of this phone mount as it matches the color scheme of my dashboard, however my phone is not very stable when in the mount. Even if all fasteners and screws are tightened as much as possible, the phone still shakes when touched or when the car hits a bumpy road, potholes, etc. In addition, the infrared sensor, which is supposed to recognize the phone and automatically open the side arms, does not work. doesn't work very well. Nothing happens when I bring the phone close to the holder, but the tabs on the holder open when I touch the infrared sensor with my finger. I can live with that, but I'm not sure if it's worth it.
