I like that it has an integrated CRM solution to help us manage our customers' accounts more efficiently than just emailing them directly through Salesforce or other third-party platforms out there today! It also helps with keeping track of invoices/bills for clients as well. There are some things about this product (like how slow its loading time) which could be improved upon over all though not really anything too bad either way - so overall pretty good!! We've been able use SAMAN's platform since we first started using Zuora back when they were still called V2Workspace back around 2008 - 2009 timeframe? Not sure exactly what year but definitely sometime within those years was their initial launch here at work where now almost every department uses one system instead of multiple disparate ones that used to exist before then.
