Review on 🔑 Dorman 99164 Keyless Entry Transmitter: OE FIX for Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth Models by Russ Conrad

Bought used 2004 Ram Truck, only key units available. Keychain without key is not included. I was able to buy a Dorman and easily get keyless entry by working quickly and following the instructions. You don't have to pay the car dealer to replace the key fob. My only complaint about the Dorman is the emergency button. With the keys in my pocket, I found it too easy to activate the emergency button so the horn blew and everyone woke up. It became such a problem that I've since ripped off the button and sealed the hole with tape. All buttons must be recessed to prevent false activation of the bag. My new 2016/2017 Toyota vehicles have small button indentations and I rarely have accidental button presses in my pockets.
