Bought after I found a YouTube video about cleaning the printhead on my Epson 3760 that recommended this particular product. I also want to rate the YouTube video as the process was very easy once you understood what to do. Three of my four inkjet nozzles were completely clogged - not a drop of ink could be seen during the head test. The hose fits snugly into the connectors. I'm glad because I had to squeeze the syringe hard to get the liquid out and I was afraid the tube might burst (but it didn't happen). The video says about 20ml is used for a fully clogged head and about 10 for a leaky head. I did and I had a lot of excess fluid. The process is really messy. Make sure you have enough paper towels under the inkjet unit and change the towels at least after every inkjet and possibly more often, otherwise you'll end up with dirty liquid all over the place. All in all a great product for the 3760 that has definitely paid off. I highly recommend you find a video for your printer on YouTube and watch it carefully to ensure you understand the process and purchase the correct product for your printer.
