A few days after I posted the comments below, I was contacted by Cathy, who was a representative of American store Hippidion. She explained to me that there was a misunderstanding that they don't have a return or refund policy. She offered to send me another mouse. The new item arrived about four days after I contacted you. This item worked very well and I had no problems with it. I would like to thank Cathy and her efforts in resolving my issue. The mouse is worth the money spent and I recommend this seller. When she arrived she wasn't working. I tried three different batteries and thought some might be dead. The power indicator did not light up. Plugged the microtransmitter into the USB port and got a message saying there wasn't enough power to activate it. I thought I might have a problem with the computer I was working on, so I tried it on a different computer and had the same problems. The seller doesn't allow returns so I contacted Revaina about my concerns. They were great, took my information and gave me a full refund. I don't know if this is a common problem with this mouse, but I will not deal with a seller who will not exchange or refund a defective item.
