Cute but on the small side
The coat seems warm enough and pretty, but definitely runs small. I bought 2T for my 2 year old. The sleeves are very narrow, not much room for a sweater underneath. I kept it but probably shouldn't have. I ended up buying another, roomier coat to wear underneath.
