Open the toner packages immediately to ensure the cartridge is not damaged
I have ordered two packs of toner cartridges several times in the past and they work great. However, when it came time to put a new cartridge in, I opened a new box and the first one I selected from the box broke. I had about 3 weeks after the return date so I only shipped one good cartridge of two. Next time I'll inspect the cartridges when I get them. For this reason alone I chose 4 instead of 5 stars.
