I dislike the fact that they don't do any kind of A/B testing, they are using their own, hard-to-evaluate formula and they are not showing any kind of data.

I would recommend this software only if you are a big company and you have many customers. They don't do any kind of A/B testing, they use their own hard-to-evaluate formula, and they are not showing any kind of data. I'm solving the following problems: I'm reducing the amount of time I spend on the task, I'm reducing the amount of support tickets, and I'm reducing the amount of emails that I'm sending to my customers.
