Review on 👗 Oten Vintage Polka Dot Halter Dress for Women - 1950s Floral Spring Retro Rockabilly Cocktail Swing Tea Dresses by Frank Chinchilla

I ordered the Halloween black cat print and it's adorable. The fit is nice, if anything it is slightly big on me and gives me a little wiggle room (for reference I am 5'8", 155 lbs., a 34 D, and I ordered a medium). I took away one star because of the lack of "poof" (it lays completely flat), which I was expecting having read some other reviews but the dress is very much portrayed as being that poofy vintage style. I bought my own petticoat and when I wear that underneath it the dress is perfect.
