The headrests on our truck seat backrests tilt too far forward. I looked down at my knees as I leaned my head against them. It was very uncomfortable so I turned it back. This solved the problem but left me with little support or supplementation. So I bought this little number, put it on and breathed a sigh of relief. So comfortable and fits me perfectly. I wish I had discovered this earlier. I have a very strong aversion to memory foam. (I can't understand why everyone is so in love with something that squeezes to zero and gets you hot. Memory foam mattresses are the worst!) Other than that. This is the only product that memory foam works in.
