I'm 5' 5" and about 180lbs with measurements at 42" bust, 38" waist, and 44" hips. I purchased the XL coat, and it fits like a dream. The sleeves are just the right length and it zips up without being terribly bulky. The green and brown is very flattering, though the green is definitely a bit lighter than the photo shows--think actual army green, and you'll be good. I'm able to drive just fine with this on; the shoulders allow enough stretch to do so. The sleeves are the "puffy" insulated style, but the inner part of the coat is extremely soft and pleasant against the skin. No part of this is itchy in any way. The hood sits far enough back that it won't destroy the look of your hair if you bother to fix it up, and the hood is also large enough that it won't be uncomfortable over a ponytail. I live in the central United States, so our temperatures don't go very far below freezing. This jacket will suit just fine for the winter weather.
