Review on Accurate Transmission Temperature Monitoring 🌡️ with AUTO METER 2640 Z-Series Electric Gauge by Gary Flick

Received in good condition. It took me a while to install it. During installation I noticed that the lamp socket was rubbing against the ground terminal, making it difficult to remove the socket and turn it on. Nothing bad, but annoying. Installation went well, worked for about a week. A week later, the device began to fail. The arrow bounced up and down 20-40 degrees. I moved everything from the back, and the needle went all the way. Sometimes it showed 210 when I was tempted, but if I moved the wires a bit it jumped to 180. Connectors and wiring are fine, the actual terminal or internal connection is faulty. Revane says I can't return it, overdue. Garbage. I've been buying autometers since I've had cars. Used them in all my race cars. Since then, the quality seems to have dropped significantly. I would not recommend this sensor.
