I've had a look at the Specter and this item turned out to fit my Buick. It doesn't fit at all. I smeared it with some oil and it barely turned, so I had to hit it lightly with a hammer to get it turning tight. There's a rubber pad in there so I took it off and tried to put it on but left it loose so I went to the hammer.
