Review on Silver Bullet Suite by Sean Bond

I love that it is flexible to use as an end user or developer of applications using their API's! Also they have great customer support if you are having issues with your software setup/configuration.

It would be nice if there was more documentation available online about how things work in general when developing custom features / extensions since some functions can get confusing at times (especially from someone who has never used this product before). We were looking into other products but we kept coming back to silver bullet because of all its customization options along with being able to develop our own modules without needing outside help like many others do now days due to lack of resources within companies themselves. The biggest benefit so far has been allowing us flexibility by giving us control over what data gets stored where which allows us better reporting down through multiple levels including warehouse level reports.
