This is an inexpensive whitening agent that works well without damaging teeth and enamel. While five minutes isn't enough to achieve impressive results, this gel WILL WHITE your teeth. I myself use it with a mouthpiece (sold separately) for 15-20 minutes at a time. A little more and you risk burning your gums. When I first started using it, I applied it 1 to 2 times a day (with a few hours in between) until I reached my desired whiteness. After that I reduce to 1 or 2 times a week. The results are amazing and my dentist always remarks on how white my teeth are. This works a lot better than the white stripes in my opinion.
