Review on PatSnap Discovery by Donald Vargas

I like that it is very easy for my organization (a small consulting firm) to use this tool as we are not big enough yet to have our own sales force or marketing department in place so relying heavily on PDS helps us out tremendously! It's also great when you can pull up historical data which makes analyzing trends much easier than having to go back through old emails/documents etc.

Sometimes there seems to be an issue with accuracy - e.g., if you're trying to find something specific but don't know what exactly you need to search for then sometimes searching by general terms may help narrow down results instead of giving too many options where nothing fits quite right. Also while using the app at work, occasionally some things do freeze up causing me problems later on during meetings such as being unable to get off speaker phone calls due to laggy screen issues. This has always been resolved.
