I am a part of the team that manages our work-order management process. We have had issues with the system for years and we have been using this software since 2016. The customer support is not very helpful and they don't provide any training or help. They just expect us to figure it out ourselves. No one at the office is available after normal business hours, so support is limited in terms of availability. We are trying to use this software as a replacement for Excel spreadsheets. This software does a good job of replacing those spreadsheets but there's no way to export data from work-orders into other systems. It also doesn't seem like it can be used to create new orders, so we need a separate product for that.
