Update: Seller sent replacement. The exchange works great! I like that this controller fits better in my woman's hands and it's much easier for me to reach for the right joystick! So far there have been no problems with the exchange. He even reads my embios perfectly. The seller contacted me immediately and sent a replacement. Happy with the customer service. Previous Review: The controller looks good and is a good weight, but it doesn't work right out of the box. I've tried plugging it into different chargers to see if that's the problem but the lights still won't come on. I contacted the seller to try to troubleshoot, but I've already tried everything in the manual.
